Maison Atelier grants the original purchaser a non-exclusive, revocable license for ONE (1) Project at ONE (1) physical Site only. Any new phase, unit, or address constitutes a new Project requiring a separate license.
All design logic, document architecture, and technical codes (including SKU IDs and UMCIC) remain the sole property of Maison Atelier. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, inputting, or processing any part of our products into any AI/LLM system for training, extraction, or derivative outputs.
| All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
| Digital files once downloaded are considered delivered and non-refundable.
| Refunds are only available under specific conditions (e.g., duplicate payment, technical error).
Project disputes must follow Maison Atelier's standardized logic. Resolution paths include: (a) Rework/Replace (b) Accept with Compensation (c) Convert to Variation Order (VO) (d) Terminate & Close-out
Maison Atelier provides decision clarity and risk boundaries; it does not guarantee outcomes in uncontrollable site conditions.
We comply with GDPR requirements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details on data collection, cookies, and user rights.
We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party service downtime).
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
