The preservation of Intellectual Property (IP) is fundamental to preventing original works from being depreciated or commodified below their intrinsic value. Respecting IP rights extends beyond legal compliance; it is the structural foundation that incentivizes sustained innovation and enables practitioners to dedicate resources to their specialized fields.
MADC trusts our clientele to recognize and uphold these standards, thereby participating in a mutually beneficial ecosystem. The enforcement of strict IP protocols is the direct mechanism that guarantees the continuous development and provision of high-caliber, rigorously engineered documentation.
All MADC files, schemas, and publications remain the exclusive property of Maison Atelier Documentation Studio and are protected under international copyright frameworks. Unauthorized reproduction, uncredited distribution, or secondary commercialization without explicit licensing is strictly prohibited.
License Grant: This purchase grants the original buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for ONE Project at ONE Site only.
Definitions:
“Project” means one renovation/build scope delivered under a single client brief and deliverable set. Any new phase, new unit, new address, relocation, expansion, or re-fit is a new Project.
“Site” means one fixed physical address (single premises).
Permitted Use: The buyer may download, store, print, and use internally for the licensed Project/Site. Access may be shared only with appointed contractors/trades strictly for execution of the licensed Project/Site, under confidentiality, and must be revoked after completion.
Ownership: All IP (design logic, technical structure, layouts, wording, document architecture) remains the sole property of Maison Atelier Documentation.
No Redistribution: No resale, sharing, gifting, sub licensing, public posting, or uploading to any third party or platform (including cloud drives with open/shared links).
No AI / Model Use: No uploading, pasting, inputting, processing, embedding, or feeding any part of this product into any AI/LLM or automated content system (public or private), including for summarization, rewriting, extraction, training, or derivative outputs.
No Derivatives / Competition: No modification or re-packaging to create templates, documentation systems, SOPs, checklists, or resources that are sold, shared, licensed, published, or used to compete. Internal edits solely to fill project specifics are allowed.
This pack provides guidance and documentation logic only. It does not replace licensed professional advice, permits, inspections, or on-site verification.
Site Reality: Contractors must verify site conditions and measurements before fabrication/installation. Maison Atelier is not liable for discrepancies, misinterpretation, or improper installation.
Approvals: Compliance with all local laws/codes and authority requirements is the sole responsibility of the Owner and appointed contractors.
Any breach results in immediate termination of the license. Maison Atelier may seek injunctive relief and claim damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees.
